United Health Awareness Foundation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. We educate the public about topics useful to individuals and beneficial to the public and provide relief to the distressed. We further our purpose under this program by raising the awareness of common diseases and expanding the access of quality health care to families and individuals.
